The Sandia Bears full website is down for maintenance but here is some important news about the club.
On June 13, 2010 the members of the Sandia Bears voted for a new Board of Directors and here are the results of the election: President - Bill Ziegler Vice-President - George Malone Treasurer - Rob Nelson Secretary - Gary Pyland Member at Large - Tony Carson
Sandia Bears Board Meeting - August 8, 2010 2pm to 2:30pm General Members Meeting - August 8, 2010 2:30pm to 3pm Beer Blast and Membership Drive - August 8, 2010 3pm to 7pm All three events will be held at Sidewinders Bar at 8900 Central Ave SW, Albuquerque, NM
Members – $12 per person per year, votes for new board, discounts at club functions, club T-shirt or pin, can purchase club only items. Couples - $10 per person per year, two or more people living at the same physical address, same rights as paid member. Associates - $6 per person/organization per year, mostly for other clubs or people living outside New Mexico, discounts at American Bear Awakening, have access to club swap items.
